As many members have already noticed this, Takra Tomy made the "S" series of performance tips "Defense Type"... well I have a theory behind this :

"A shorter radius of a performance tip helps keep the Beyblade from moving as much (from the sway of the stadium"), and being able to take less hits/less contact helps the Beyblade outspin whatever/whichever type of opponent..."

The swaying has become most of the contact in the battle, so combinations focus eihter on manipulating/surviving the swaying.

Contact isn't the same every match...

With so many variables, I decided to test the new performance tip JSB along with the un-tested 160 track... (MF-H Duo Aquario 160 JSB)

As an added note, (the 160 track with the JSB bottom gives a perfect 90 degree angle tilt)

With a small diameter and a good enough radius to OS (thanks to the B part of JSB), I was able to always "counter-act" event the highest tilts in the Zero-G stadium and was able to survive all the conatact made.

Due to the little spikes/bumps on JSB, the Beyblade using this as its performance tip will have increased friction upon the impact with the Zero G stadium.

JSB will have all the same effects as JB but will have more defense and stamina because of the Sharp Performance Tip that is combined with it.

I did do these tests on June 24th, 2012 for about 2 hours. It took me quite a while to compile all these tests and I recorded them in my "Beyblading" Oberservations/Notes.
Can it be tested against stamina and balance?
And add like an overall. It makes it look better.
I will post the results later.
Sounds good. It sounds like a good combo, but I can not be sure. Wink

Overall: This theory works extremely efficiently when using a hybrid defense and stamina metal wheel (like Duo) along with an “S” series bottom. I am extremely impressed with this combo’s great win rate and will test more and more later on.
The unreasonably short periods of time lead us to believe that your results are fabricated. How could you possibly have done forty battles in one or maximum two minutes ? Even in a Zero-G stadium, that is just too short, and you need time to write down all the results and reattach the Beyblades everytime.
I actually did have these results recorded quite a while ago Kai-V. When someone asked me, I posted my results. I did have these all these results since June 24th. It took 2 hours to test and compile everything together.

These results aren't fabricated in any way. I apologize for this incovenience Kai-V. I will add the day and amount of time it took me to test in the OP.

You had Pirates Killerken one day after its release in Japan ?
Yep. No offense, but its called pre-ordering (on eBay.com). I spent over 120 dollars buying 2 BBG-13's. I also pre-ordered it about a month ago from its release date and got it on June 24th in the morning. Each set caused about 60 dollars each. Both sets were quite overpriced but I'm happy.
No kidding. I also pre-order a lot of things, but it is very rare that anything gets to your house from Japan in only one day when you live in the Americas. With such a high shipping method, surely tracking was included by default.
I per-ordered both sets from a quite trusted eBay seller of mine (My uncle Yao) who lives in Japan and was able to get the set 2 days earlier before it was even released. He then shipped it and with rush delivery...I got it on June 24th. I recived the set in the morning.
And what bad reason could you have for not posting all of the results at once to avoid having people requesting you to do this or that test ?
Doubts easily dispersed with pics.

At any rate, if one is willing to spend, it's quite possible to get it quickly. But that would mean FedEx or UPS kind of shipping, which costs about as much, or more than the item itself.
I do not necessarily doubt that Mu owns two Pirates Killerken, but the battles and their results are curious.
First thing first, the title should be just the combo itself. Nothing more. You can 'Full Edit' your OP to change the title, and incorporate all the results into the OP, instead of having them scattered around to ease the search effort.

The second thing is, which should be in your other combo thread, Killerken. If you could ease our doubts by providing a picture of the combo itself, it would be appreciated. We can clear our minds from doubts plus observe the synchrome of Killerken.

I'll be getting my own pair soon, so I can do comparative tests in about a week when I free up some time.

And not remove all the time hints from those subsequent posts that said, for instance : "OK, I'll do the tests tonight" ...
You probly did not do Flash Results because you don't own one but I wish to make sure.
Can you do Flash (Preferred CW) (Preferred Track) RF/R2F/LRF/MF? Launch with the techniques from http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Project-...Techniques unless you have your own style that works already. Which would need a benchmark I guess?

I completely see why the S tips are defensive in the Zero G Attack Stadium but fail to see how they could possibly defeat classic attackers. I am well aware that a classic attacker has difficulty in the Zero G Stadium but there should be some results unless there is not enough skill which brings another factor.

The S tip would be a good defense against supposed Zero G attackers Such as CF GCF and other good swayer tips. But in a competitive situations most bladers IMO would stick to their "Reliable Methods" for instance RF, XF, LRF, R2F, MF(?) which in no doubt with a powerful attacker such as Flash could in no doubt destroy the S theory entirely? \

I would also like to see some good Spin Stealer attackers that aren't renowned for attacking ability on this. Such as (Put MF Variant here) L-Drago Destroy/L-Drago Guardian ED145/TR145/CH120 MF I think the spin stealing could maybe OS due to the nature of the S tip's Balance issues. I guess I should ask first though, is there any Balance Issues what so ever?

I'm certain Reviser Reviser would make a Flash win harder but I'm not sure getting rid of friction would do to the Defense efficiency of the combo.

I most likely contradicted myself many times and am too lazy to fixed things I realized after typing. So Yeah anything else. I am slightly skepticle of some tests but I like to not think of others as "that" so I'll just believe you did a million of tests quite a while ago.

EDIT: Also I want to put out that I believed 160 would be a interesting height but Low Track combos always worried me for it in a MFB Attack Stadium at least.

EDIT2: I don't really want to be like this but. You said "Recently" you recieved your BBG-13s in your Killerken thread which was posted yesterday. I don't know how you define recently which is the whole bad variable of this edit but I don't take 10 Days to be as freely as recent. Were you simply exaggerating, or find 10 days recent? I do believe it is quite possible to have been doing all these tests in that time period though and hoarding up all those tests and releasing it now.

Well, it was actually getting late for me. I acutally dozed off and only typed half of my tests. When I woke up, I realized I never finsinhed adding all the tests. I truly apologize Kai-V. This will never happen again. XD

BTW, when I mean't I'll do all the tests tonight, I meant adding all the tests that I haven't already added. I truly do apologize for the misunderstanding though.

I do find 10 days to be quite recent. I will do the Flash tests later, but Flash doesn't work as well in the BBG-03/04 Zero G Attack Type Stadium. According to me, VariAres has proven to have the most amount of (smash) attack in the stadium.
You woke up after only one hour and ten minutes ?
As soon as my mom told me that my package arrived... I woke up and started testing... and the first thing I wanted to test was this combo.

I used to test MF-H Duo Aquario 160 SB in the Zero G Stadium before my two BBG-13's came in.

Anyway, my purpose of this thread wasn't really directed towards the combo, but towards the theory itself. Members already know some of this theory but to make newer members familiarized with the Zero G Stadium "Settings", I added an excellent theroy and added a test combo "MF-H Duo Aquario 160 JSB" to proove that my theory does consistently work.
There is a breach in your timeline ... You realise that I am talking about when you posted the results, not the day you received your package ... ? What you just wrote is that it was late, you posted some of the results and then "dozed off", but your mother woke you up right when the package arrived, which was apparently in the morning. However, those things apparently happened on different days and in different periods of time. What I am asking you is that you posted some of the results, apparently slept for only one hour and ten minutes even though it was late, then the second you woke up slightly, you decided to continue browsing this topic and realised that you had missed posting some of the results, two sets of them ?
Yes, thats exactly what happened. I fell asleep and then woke up a bit later and realized I never finished posting my results fully.

When I was testing this combo, I was writing the results down on my notepad.

I'm sorry as I mis-interpreted your question earlier.

P.S.: Hey Kai-V, at least now you know in your mind how I feel when I recieve a Beyblade package and have the extreme urge to test immediately. XD I get so excited...
