The method to create Official Events is to make it in the General forums and the admins will move it to the Official Event Forums.

I talked to some dads earlier in the bankee grand tournament and so far they are excited in bringing their kids. They got excited knowing that their kids can use the newer beys haha!

I believe those where the FBA parents, which reminds me, I have to tell them (via FB) to make a WBO account since most of them dont have one

No, you can't. it's a WBO tournament, so all participants must be registered on the site to be counted for rankings.
