That depends on your shipping method of choice, hence why he hasn't listed the shipping costs. If you choose EMS it's 3-6 days, or if you choose SAL it's 2-4 weeks.

the shipping delay depends of your country, if the customs and Post Office are fast to clear the Package.
Such for SAL, countries are really slow to clear it
to US it recently takes around 1 month or over
to Italy , and Greece, it often takes around 1 to 2 months.
and to Mexico, it often takes over 2 months
other countries usually around 1 month
So if you want to get it fast, the best option would be EMS, which you should get it about 1 week later.

Info about the Beyblade Burst,
The shops where I pre-ordered them informed me that Takaratomy will make them in a small quantity, coz that almost 3 years that Beyblade is dead in Japan and they dont know if at 1st it will be really popular, So the prices might increase really quickly after the release if everything get sold out. And if that the case,for the next release they will think about increasing the quantity. But for now, it will be in small quantity.

So what I can garuntee you , you wont get the full set and might get duplicates of some and miss out on others.
if you really want to get the full set, it will cost you more than the price of 8 random booster.
coz know that you get the full set which mean you get the rare beyblade as well. That's why the price of the Full Set is always more expensive than just buying 8 random booster.
As I understood it, the rare beyblade was usually only made rare by the fact that only one RB bey had its parts and there was no other way to get them. Thus each pack would have a 1/8 chance of having it. Combine that with the fact that stores recieved the boosters in batches with equal numbers of each and it was often possible to confirm a full set without opening, though which was which within the set was rarely possible to figure out even with scales.
I was asking because previous RB sellers have been able to make such guaruntees in the past but, if you cannot, I guess I will just have to pay over the odds for an opened trident and purchase the others non-randomly.

and those early release are hard to get coz limited at 1 per person (each bey) and expensive coz no discount

Absolutely, when using Paypal, it automatically converts your currency into the seller's desired currency/vice versa, so as long as you do the transaction on Paypal, any money is good.

on my site the cheapest shipping option is SAL
it's the cheapest if the MAX weight or size are not over
but if over, then EMS become the cheapest option
