As long as it's off-site, I don't think anything is wrong with it.

The rules say no role playing. I saw a perfectly good RP and it was shut down for being a RP.
Where are the mods to say something about Role Playings?
This idea looks good, through it will have some issues, like everbody entering this only to have his character in the RP, spam...
Why don't you just report it and see if it gets closed?
