100% YES YES YES
manga is almost always better than anime, and if it's on both mediums, whichever one came first is usually the best

yeah the artwork is by the same guy who drew death note
but whats so good about the story? twists? non-typical shonen?

re:btw yea I agree. but I finshed the series with the anime [hypocrite]
manga for me (especially now) I don't have time for. Until Shonen jump became a rip off I read it
HnG story is basically a rivalry. a very good one, not very out landish either.
I guess what makes it so good is how 'compartively' normal it seems while what is there has good pacing and is well told.

artie, i can't call HnG shonen
you really have to read it to get it, it starts off a little slow, but really comes into its own

<3 Detective Conan.
detective conan would've been way better without the AHHH I'M A KID nonsense
how about a show where the dude is a detective and solves crimes because he is a detective
how about that

... can there be more than one? >____> Because I honestly can't choose. For nostalgia's sake, I'll say Kaworu from Evangelion.

Yes I know he only appears in one episode for less than twenty minutes blah blah I don't care he's been my favourite since I first saw the series back in grade nine.
But right now, Rokudo Mukuro from REBORN! is getting up there as well.
