This is not a joke, this is not a troll, just sit back, take it all in, and freak out with excitment

The Toonami Faithful have been rewarded Smile. So far, confirmed shows are Fullmetal Alchemist Brootherhood, FCLC, and of course, Cowboy Bebop. Adult Swim promises that more shows, both past and new Toonami shows, will be announced shortly

Stay tuned Smile

Lets go!!!!!!!

Can't wait for Fullmetal Alchemist.
I don't think you should abbreviate the names of the shows. I have no idea what those abbreviations stand for personally. I wish this kind of thing would happen in the UK but it won't.

Edit: Didn't realize one of them wasn't an abbreviation.
FMAB is already a show on the Adult Swim block, but it is nice to see it moved to a divison of [as] where it truely belongs

If Zoids, Gundam and DBZ comeback, I will be one hell of a happy camper. Who knows? Perhaps we may get uncut versions of DBZ Kai too (classic DBZ, if it re-airs, better be uncut w/ Majiin Buu Saga), original FMA, and (hopefuly) more Gundam series and Zoids Genesis

Regardless of the anime, I hope we dont get any animes that are brutally murdered with edits. Good old uncut I always say, or atleast crappy edits that dont do much

Here is some food for thought: Naruto Shippuden got canceled on Disney XD (the massive edits made it suck so hard...). Considering how Viz and CN seem to be in good relations alot, maybe Shippudden can finnaly get the uncut dub TV airing it rightfuly deserves?

Dude.
Beyblade G-Rev/V-Force.
YEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH POSSIBILITIES
THIS IS GREAT NEWS Eee
I love toonami it was my childhood and tom was like a big brother i never had (Got a big sister but still) And when 08 hit it was bad, I lost family then i lost toonami and tom. When april 1rst came I cried tears of joy I even MADE a video on it. Now that its back I promise to visit tom every saturday and have a cold one with him while we watch the shows (I.E Cold one=Pepsi X3)
OMG TOM IS COMING BACK

*nostalgia fan girl scream*
This great news for me as well! All those nights when I was younger staying up watching shows on Toonami. This is really something thanks LeonTempest
Did not know Adult Swim was doing this. I didn't notice it back in 2007. I must've missed it. Anyway, at least this will make my night better!

I found out a few days ago. To say the least i was shocked. Toonami was a big part of my childhood. They came on Monday - Friday and at midnight. So much better then a lot of the junk they play now.

Beyblade has little to no affiliation with any of the programs Toonami ussualy airs; never has, and probably never will. Sorry Rai =(

One day though, I hope somebody wises up and broadcasts some good old original beyblade anime on Cartoon Network Smile We can dream cant we?

NOTICE: Bleach has been added to the confirmed shows list Grin

No problem Grin
I heard something about this in April, but I thought it was fan stuff or whatever. I'd really look forward to seeing those types of shows again (Gundam, Zoids, original DBZ, etc.) since they were really the shows I stayed up for when I was little. Smile

Thanks for confirming this, LeonTempestXIII!
*sigh* you guys are all kids......... wait Toonami is back?

Gundam Wing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah FMA too.
Meh, I thought they had aired V-Force/G-Rev back in the day. I am highly doubtful they would air it again, but I can dream.
Still, regardless of Beyblade, Toonami is coming back Eee

^Everything we need to know about the current state of Toonami. Read up. There is some bad news, and some good. Hopefuly, things will get progressivly better with time.

No Zoids, Gundam, One Piece, DBZ, or Naruto...yet anyway....

Also, Panty and Stockings is currently under discussion by [as] and funimation, so keep your eyes peeled

Its no problem guys, really. I am super excited about this too
12!?!?! UGH MACFARLANE!!!!! >< Why....oh well better than nothiong still POed..
YES! FMA! THIS IS GONNA BE EPIC!!!!
Grin Hope you guys are as excited as me! Grin
FMA is on adult swim now though...

I am a bit sad about the temporary state of things, but considering how Funimation lost an outlet to verizon FiOS tv customers, and in addition have alot of old and current tittles they cannot fit onto their own channel currently, Toonami will be a great outlet for them, and a likely potential partner for getting new anime liscenses

Yes. God yes. PSG needs to be on Toonami. That would make my life complete. Heck, I wouldn't even remotely mind if they kept repeating Season 1 over and over until a Season 2 comes out. They just need the dub on Toonami.
Me want uncut DBZ.... I was pretty angry when there was no Buu saga in Kai. I really wanted to see the tournament and of course the only Spirit Bomb death in DBZ. D: And FMA brotherhood sucked in my opinion Tongue_out
Well, FMA and FMAB are basicly 2 different ways of telling the same type of story. I wish there was a way to take the best elements from both and mash them into the best FMA anime to-date, but there is not. (FYI Brotherhood is manga accurate so it is in essence the 'original FMA) I personaly enjoy both versions equally, but and there are individual aspects of both seperatly that I like and dislike

I perfer the dub of Kai over original DBZ. Some of the original filler was finny, bit alot of it was a huge time waster, and not at all accurate to the manga. Some complain that DBZ Kai lacks the comedy it once had, well I have to disagree. DBZ was fast pased, actiony and still funny when appropriete. Original DBZ filler was just unnecisary...besides, alot of the comdedic elements in the original DBZ were not as good as the original Dragon Ball itself

I have never really watched Bleach, Panty and Stockings, or Cowboy Bebop. Bleach I will try to get into, and hopefuly I will like it. I never saw Panty and Stocking, but it is a Funimation show, and if it does appear on Toonami, I will also give it a try. As for Cowboy Bebop, I just saw my 1st episode the other day (the chess one) It was kind of a slow paced episode, but I figure it was just one of those episodes, ya know? Regardless, I like the show alot and plan to keel on watching.

Now I am not famialr with, or even heard of this other Funimation anime appearing on [as] but I did see some episodes of Casshern Sins back wen I still had my beloved Funimation channel (grrr FiOS) and I was not overly impressed. I will give it another shot, but alot of it was rather confusing and kind of boring in my opinion. But like I said, fir me this is a new beggining, so I am open to watching any animes that are even remotly mature, especialy if T.O.M. is the one giving them to us

I AM VERY SAD THAT S.A.R.A. ISN'T BACK YET, & THAT PETER CULLEN WONT BE VOICING THE PROMOS ;(
Man I have a sleep over tonight at my cousins house and they do not have CN. Tell me what happens guys.
Now that sucks. I didnt even think not having CN was possible. What provider do they use? DVR it man, tonight is gonna be epic
