Hello. I'm new to making sprites, and this is the best I can do.
I hope people can give me advice.
I use paint to do this.
Nothing special.

I love your penguin Takasu!It looks cute. The way you drew it makes it look like its from an old video game.So yes,using this rigid(almost pixelized)style gives your sprites that nice retro look Very cool and original! I want to see you make a mouse
