World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

Hi Beyblade people,

Hope I'm posting this in the right place- apologies if not! Basically, I need the help of people who know all about BeyBlade to answer a weird little question- I've tried browsing through the Wiki, but had no luck!

I really need to identify a character from the first Anime series. In the opening credits, he shows up about 34 seconds in, wearing a grey hat with a turquoise band, with dark red hair and some sort of cape.

However, after searching all over the wiki, and the net more generally, I still can't find out who he is! Anyone who could give me an answer would save me from tearing my hair out...

That is just one of the very secondary characters that you only see in one episode for a few minutes ...
