HOW TO INSTALL THE SKIN:

Well I'll be honest here... i play cracked minecraft. on real minecraft you can change the skin from the website but for the offline version here are the steps.
Step One: Go to %appdata% by using Run or search it on Windows 7 or on XP or Vista right click the start button and press explore
Step Two go to your .minecraft folder.
Step Three go to your bin folder and use WinRAR archiver or 7Zip on your minecraft.jar file.
Step Four go to the mob folder and pick a skin and place it there.
Step Five delete the char.png file and rename your new skin char.png
there you go you now have an new skin
