Burn is incredibly fun to play with but terrible to play against.

Gemini won San Jose. I don't find it surprising, considering how much Blackwing and GB suck against Gemini. Blackwing also had a good showing alongside X-Sabers. Life is good.

I was unable to play this week as well. Man... I was expecting Senior year to be a cakewalk since I'm only taking 5 classes, but so many other things clog up my time.

that picture is really fitting.he probably really does have trust in the heart of the cards lol
So i've been thinking a lot about exodia recently and well I wanna use it. While the more popular variants have been running through my head and searches I want to break out of the box and use something a little different. The idea i had was using ritual monsters but more specificly one called Cu Chulainn the Awakened

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Cu_Chulainn_the_Awakened

Basicly Exodia for anybody who doesn't know is a combonation of 4 level 1 normal monsters and ofcourse it's head. The limbs can be used with this ritual monster and Advanced Ritual Art. I only have an idea of the core of the deck right now the rest will probably turn out to be generic filler Uncertain

Manju of the 10, 000 Hands x3
Cu Chulainn the Awakened x3
Exodia pecies

Dark Factory of Mass Production x2
Gold Sarcophogus x2
Preperation of Rites x3
Advanced Ritual Art
Reinforcement of the Army

More as the brain child develops.

Use the apropriate build. Its much better now heavy has gone.
I split for first at my locals tonight with my Blackwings. Great day overall, I'm really happy with the deck.

Unfortunately I'm poor and thus have to play a build with Gold Sarcophagus rather than Pot of Duality, but the deck is still really consistent. Also, the combination of Icarus Attack and Delta Crow is devastating, especially when you get them off in those crucial moments. Blackwings don't build up that much advantage anymore like they used to, but they take out so many of the opponent's resources that it's really hard for them to make a come back.

I've always thought Delta Crow was a hugely underrated card. Today really just proved it.
I currently run a deck based around Buster Blader and DNA Surgery, changing all monsters into dragons makes Buster Blader a mean force. Lips_sealed
Grats Ryan.

End Phase Delta Crow wrecks, especially first turn if they try to make a passive play and just set a lot.

Gold Sarco is a great alternative to Pot. The main difference is the speed of course, but I'd much rather Gold Sarco a Monster Reborn than have Monster Reborn as the only decent option from a Pot of Duality.

Thanks. Smile

My favorite thing to do on my opening turn is to summon a crappy Blackwing like Vayu or a Blizzard or something unimportant and then plop down a few back row (preferably Delta Crow, Icarus and a Solemn Warning or something like that) because the opponent already goes on the alert when you play a carp monster like that thinking you have a Kalut, so they'll play conservatively by setting monsters and back row and then you just destroy their face with the Delta Crow/Icarus Attack.

I can't believe how many people actually fall into the trap. It's amazing.

Yeah, Gold Sarc really helps the deck out a lot. Sarc'ing for Black Whirlwind, Dark Hole or Monster Reborn messes with people's heads so badly. Telegraphing your plays is usually a bad thing, but I try to play smart and bait people into making plays they normally wouldn't so I can pound on them for it when my Sarc'd card actually gets to my hand.
i play celtic guardian demise

basically you use celtic guardian and other vanillas as fuel for your advanced ritual art, and then you use divine sword phoenix blade to remove them, and finish with return from the different dimension

jk, i play prisma glads and blackwings : (

Honestly I'm running Blackwings with Sarc as well, and I truly believe that it's better than PoD. It's a couple turns slower, but it's sure as hell faster than drawing through your deck to get to your card, since there's no garuntee the card you need is in PoD's range. There's been SO many times where the card I needed was at the bottom of my deck when I sarc'd for it.

I'll be perfectly honest -- this looks awful.

Not only are you running a bunch of banned cards (which I've highlighted above), but it seems to me like the deck has absolutely no synergy or any real strategy whatsoever. The Exodia pieces being there make no sense at all, because you have no draw engine or any real feasible way of getting them all into your hand.

The lineup is all over the place -- I can't even call this a halfway decent attempt at a Relinquished deck because not only are you only running ONE Relinquished, you're also only running one Contract with the Abyss! At that count, why even bother including Relinquished?
i used to use an elemntal hero deck but now i used an advanced dark world deck

You need to elaborate on your posts, like everybody else has been doing.
Back in the day I ran a Volcanic Burn deck.
Focused on using Volcanic Rocket to quickly get Blaze Accelerator. Using Volcanic Blaster to set up either Volcanic Shell or Volcanic Scattershot, playing pot of avarice to recycle them, and Gravity Bind/Level Limit Area-B while having Volcanic Slicer and Solar Flare Dragon to deal damage every turn, along with Backfire so when ever my monsters were destroyed I dealt damage.
I also ran 1 Volcanic Doomfire in it, mainly because he looked cool, and once you got him out, his effect was pretty Badass.
Along with all the staple spell and trap cards.

Not really a competitive deck to be used at tournaments and probably useless to use today (I wouldn't know, I never really went, though) But it was really fun to use at school and I won basically every match (They weren't very good either)

I liked they way the looked and Austin had a gun for a Duel-Disk, which is badass.
with my advanced dark world deck.. i try to focus on destruction n rebirth

you don't need 45 cards.
Ever.
have a suggestion which cards i should drop
Well you're going for a Dark World deck right?
You only have 4 Dark World monsters..

And if you just have a single card of each.. You're never going to draw what you want.

Also Dark Magician? I think you're watching the anime a little too much.

But I leave someone else like Roan to tell you what's what.
not just Dark Magician he also has Summoned Skull and Kuriboh. classic Yugi monsters

Back when I was into the game in grade school, I ran a deck similar to this with just vanilla 1800 beaters. It's not bad for playing against friends who know nothing about the game and have no desire to play competitively, which may be the case for you, but if you want to have a good deck you probably should just drop the idea and focus on one single theme. Having only 4 Dark World monsters does not make the deck a Dark World deck.

3 Important Facts That Kids Who Want to Play Yugioh Should Know:

1) Having the max number of copies of a card (3) is optimal. MORE COPIES OF A CARD MEANS YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF DRAWING INTO IT.
2) Having the minimal number of cards for a deck (40) is optimal. LESS CARDS IN A DECK MEANS YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF DRAWING INTO CARDS YOU NEED.

...
3) MYSTICAL SPACE TYPHOON DOES NOT NEGATE.

1. That's only 22 cards if I counted correctly.
2. Are those all the cards you have? Because that looks pretty horrible already.
Thanks, Roan.
I think I'll revise my deck again.

How about a Thousand-Eyes Restrict centered deck?
Tips?

wheres regular stardust dragon? you cant use /assault mode without the first version

EDIT: apparently according to your list you dont have any traps. i may not play competitive yugioh but im pretty sure you need at least a few..
also this deck doesnt look like it has a strategy... just a random pile of cards. you could buy a deck
