No this is a Booster, so it does not come with anything other than the Beyblade. If you want all the things you described, you have to purchase them separately, or in the Galaxy Pegasis DX Set; it comes with Galaxy Pegasis, MFB Attack Stadium, String Launcher and a 3-Segment Grip.
