So I jumped from Lvl4 to Lvl9, and I never thought I'd struggle with Lvl9 so badly, but I do. I still lose against certain characters (Captain Falcon, mainly), but I'm the best in a mirror match. I can hand lvl9 Fox a loss every time, but anyone else still occasionally gives me trouble...
Today has been #REKT for me. These matches were against level 9 computers, they're equivalent to For Glory players, I double 9'd and headsmashed with Game and Watch, shield popped and instant deathed with Lucina, and finally a wombo combo with Palutena. I was in shock, what I did was (Custom Moves approaching) use the Sanic speed and the Up-A lightsaber. I was amazed at how I did it, I wasn't even trying to combo. From here on, my SSB4 name will be GETREKTM8.
I am a total noob at smash, I still have to get used to the 3ds controls, I have mastered brawl, though.
I go to a Pokemon league, and we regularly play smash for 3ds there, purple charizard is called stupid lizard, purple yoshi is called toon stupid lizard, yoshi is called EGG, and villager is to be referred to as axe murderer.

I agree with OwnageDerp, Lucas should be in Smash 4.

Lucas isn't really a clone, all his moves are far better if used properly. I like Roy and all, (Fire Emblem Roy) but ill stick to Lucina. I'm aware she's literally the same as Marth, but: If you use Marth, you're possibly a girl. If you're Lucina, you're straight. That's the theory my friends have. That being said, if you look at my replays, 50% G&W, 30% Lucina, 20% Palutena. I love 9ing people...
Oh, you're right. Lucas isn't even a full-fledged clone to begin with.

Now that I think about it, if Roy made it to Smash 4, he better have a different moveset than his previous one or else we'd be dealing with 2 clones of Marth with subtle differences. lol
Um, what is 9ing?
9ing is a term i made up because when I play as my brutal main Mr. Game and Watch, I have this Judge move ranging from 1 to 9. The 9 is an instant death move, and my answer to "GET NOSCOPED!" Whenever I 9 my friends, I yell "GET NINED!" I've had some great luck with that move.

Unlucky, yet, lucky
Brawl was where my 9-luck resigns. I'd keep swinging hammer with all of the numbers popping up, then I make contact, and it's a nine. Not anymore though. All of my Game and Watch 9 luck is gone. It'd be like "Thanks for all of your effort with the hammer. Here's a 1 for when you actually hit somebody".
Still not used to Greninja's recovery. I'd be great with him if I knew the two-directions thing, but I don't.
I think it's just me, but Prism Tower Omega form is my best stage. The slant at the edges tricks my opponents up a lot. That and F-Zero Omega form.

I still remember when I got him from a Master Ball. Supposedly if you stun successfully, Goldeen will instantly KO someone. Anyone here a current/past Palutena main? She's in my mains list, but I'm used to controlling mid weights. And she seems like a heavyweight to me, but not like Bowser.

On the subject of Amiibos, you guys ready for the new Amiibos set to release tomorrow? I might get Shulk. By the way, I think Shulk should have a new Monado art: the Feeling It art. It would turn all of his moves into his L/R taunt. Except the Analog stick. So he wouldn't be able to attack or jump, just taunt.
Please, excuse my double post. Apparently the Amiibos were delayed until this Friday, I hope so. But I'm asking something here. Is it possible to spike with Palutena and/or Duck Hunt dog? I did do only one spike with Palutena, but then I got killed by a stationary box. I have spiked with Game and Watch, (use the key at the right moment) and even with Robin. (The recovery could spike, but it really just pushed the opponent down so they wouldn't recover) So yeah, I need help here.

Is spiking the same thing as dunking/GIMPing? (Almost everyone I talk to in real life who plays calls it something different). I haven't played enough Palutena to know for her, but I don't think Duck Hunt can. It's another reason I like Greninja so much, not only can he spike/dunk/GIMP really well, he also jumps back up after hitting the opponent so you don't kill yourself too.
That being said, I still don't have a very good heck of the technique, I land the attack maybe 20% of the time, haha.
I'm really digging Project M instead of Smash 4.

Ah Project M, the one game that ruined all of my mains how I have a genuine hatred for it. You kidding? Roy is awesome if you can get it right. If only he had a sword. Or fire. Or if this Roy was from Fire Emblem to begin with.

How did it "ruin" your mains?
Well, Game and Watch doesn't have that parachute and can't do an instant death 9, and Lucas just sucks. I really liked the PK Freeze and PK Fire. I did like the way they made Mewtwo overpowered, his play style is like a better Lucario. I know he is evidently a clone, but a clone done right.
G&W can be very OP, but it's meh.
Lucas is fine really; better then a direct clone.
Mewtwo is WAY too light to be OP...
IMO, G&W isn't too OP, but is kind of annoying. Ranged hits are what you're limited to with that hammer of his. The 9 was never a OHKO. Sure, you might've gotten slung pretty far, but surely not enough for a OHKO. Still, ranged hits are best on a guy who can spam hammer to stop you at close range (even if it is a 1, thats kinda tiring...)
Also IMO, Lucas had the advantage in Brawl Over Ness, cause his PK Starstorm covered more area. That's what made him more popular (That and it's Lucas for crying out loud. How a similar player with a better Smash move was lower than Ness is ridiculous...)
Now Neo, weight has had virtually no play in the tier list at all. Melee had 4 heavyweights and 4 lightweights in the S tier. In Brawl, the highest heavyweight was Snake at 6, with heavies virtually taking every other spot at the F tier (Falcon, Bowser, and Ganon to name a few). A lightweight's place is practically based on its moveset, it seems. In Smash for 3ds, DK's light, and his attack is powerful, but they take time to charge up and use. Same with Zelda, it takes time and practice with range. Olimar, Jigglypuff and a nerfed G&W also go in this spot. Rosalina's moveset is enough for her to be at #1 unofficially. Same with Peach, Greninja, Sonic, and Lucario. I'm sure against the tier list of 3ds, Mewtwo could sit as a solid A tier player. His 2nd jump kinda takes a while. It leaves him prone, but his moveset is pretty solid. I can see it stand up to players like MK, Little Mac and Falcon...
