Probably the normal time.
Also if as many people as possible could PM all there friends they know in the UK/London about the tourney, it would really help the attendees list grow, therefore, more fun! And to everyone that got the PM, please forward that to every UK/London member that it hasn't been sent to already. It would be a huge help!
