: Thank you for the tests! AS seems to be pretty sweet in Zero-G!
So, just so you guys know, for all those saying I want something besides Dragooon, B:D, and SA165 EWD, we in Maryland like to just put a Flash 160 R2F, and it usually works. Just sayin.
Zero-G Priority List

  1. The Ultimate Attack, Defense, Stamina, and Balance Bottoms List: What Works Best?
Insomniac started this for Defense, but we need a thread to expand on it.

  2. What Chrome Wheels Work Best With Dragooon
Nothing formal has been done, and we can not assume Revizer Dragooon is the best.

  3. Finish a Top Tier List
People need to know by looking. I don't think we can rely the Advanced Members to make, so we have to make one. Hopefully it can be stickied once we make it.

Hopefully we can get this done by February, but I can't count on this.

OR, we could make Project of the Moments for Zero-G, like with Beywiki, because those seem to do well.
Don't we need points 2 and 3 figured out first in order to make an accurate tier list...?

The projects of the moments really aren't successful btw, they get by but they're not as successful as they should be. One major thing we need to work on is testing out old parts. No one has bothered testing the ball tips even though those seem like those would work and as such be an obvious choice for testing. As Insomniac said you should switch the orders of those since number 1 can't be done without the other two.
Well, I think the POTM are doing well. Anyways, I redid the order.
But you guys are supporting the list?
I will do when I get some things in. I've got a stadium but I now need a beylauncher since all of mine are broken.
Nice. I already have some of the Sway bottoms done, but my Flash is worn out, so I have to order a new one.
If you do any, PM me the results, and I'll add them to my thread draft.
Thanks for your help.
Something I think that would be very helpful, and would possibly encourage more testing, is a list of a few combos in each catagory to test against. I think one of the biggest problems people are having is finding a place to start. With the BB-10 people already have this "starting place" cause they use the proven tier list as a guide for combos to test against. Since there is no real tier list for Zero-G yet, I would think we could come up with one or 2 good combos for each category, then as people start testing against those and we see what is doing well, that list can be updated and will eventually evolve into the Zero-G tier list.
Dragooon combos.

For defense:
Basically Synchromes like Revizer, Killerken, Saramanda, etc. on B: D, E230 CS/RB/RDF, as well as Duo

Attack:
Bahamadia? Gryph? I'm unsure

Stamina:
Phantom, Duo and well balanced synchromes on B: D, W145 and WD/EWD.
Ok, I am not talking about a list that has the words "Basically Synchroms like" in it. I mean a real, "here are the combos we are going to test against" list. One that is well formated, is dicussed, and agreed upon (preferably by memebers that have done a decent amount of testing in the Zero-G stadium). Also, I can understand there ends up being a Dragooon combo in every category, but there also needs to be a right spin combo as well.

IMO things to test against should be:
Attack: Gryph/Phoenic Begirados/Girago/Gryph GB145/E230/SA165 CF/GCF
MF-H Flash Orion 160/LW160 R2F/RF

Defense:MSF-H Revizer/Killerken/Saramanda Revizer/Killerken/Wyvang E230 RS(It has unbelievable defense in Zero-G)

Stamina:MSF-H Revizer/Killerken Dragooon BGrin/SA165 EWD
Duo or Phantom on BGrin/W145 WD

What are some good stamina bottoms apart from BWD cause doesn't WD scrape when it gets swayed? This is why I think some of the ball bottoms would be good as a balance between stamina and defence against sway.
Maybe SWD? I can try it in two days, but has anyone else previously tried it?

CS, RDF, and B:D (especially) are big no-no's. I haven't seen any testing with RB, though, so I guess it's still in the air.

From my experience, B, MB, and AS are pretty good Stamina/Defense hybrid Bottoms, but they still lose to traditional Stamina Bottoms (D, WD, SD, EWD, etc.).

*Ahem*

Obviously, changes will be made with testing, but this seems to be a pretty adequate starting point.
It is pretty good, although I must disagree with putting Duo on for defense. Revizer Revizer is just plain better.

I tested RB against my MF Diablo Kerbecs SA165 FB in it's thread, and it is only slightly difficult to sway KO because it is so aggressive.
But when it come down to defense with stamina, Duo is your best option.

I think GCF should be on the Zero G Attack. From what I've seen in tournaments (and used) it really deserves it.
Don't get me wrong Insomniac, that is a wonderful list to go by. I'm just taking about a streamlined list that has one or two combo in each category specifically picked out for the community to test against. However, thank you very much for linking that cause I just got my Zero G stadium. :-)
Can anyone try out the combo bahamdia ifraid t125 mb/f

This is a place for testings and discussion. Please ask that "Zero-G Combo/Parts Requests" thread.

Yeah, definitely. Just let me finish up some testing. Wink

That is freakin perfect Insomniac! Thank you very much for putting that together, and I do wish it could be the first sticky thread in this sub forum.
Thanks for the Tips on Zero G testing Insomniac.
Seeing as we have no new releases coming anytime soon, I figure that this is the time when we should really test as much as we can. I (with some help from Insomniac, hopefully more) am working on a "Bottoms: What works Best?" list for each type. Hopefully you guys can send me results on what you test.

After this, I think we can complete a top tier list. Using the tips Insomniac provided above, i think we can get a lot of testing done.

Also, I have been thinking: What about Project of the Moments for this subforum? They have helped Beywiki a lot so far, and i think they could help this subforum as well.

I know there are a lot of people here who own parts and a Zero G Attack Type Stadium, even if they are not seemingly top tier, they still need to be tested!

PM me your results.
Projects of the Moment could possibly work.

I definitley agree more people need to test for a top tier list to be made. Here is what I think needs to be tested:
Attack: We need to find which bottoms are best for sway out of GF, CF, and GCF, or if they all perform the same. For tracks, I think everyone should be able to agree SA165 and E230 work best. For wheels, I think chrome wheels with high smash like Gryph, Phoenic, Begirados, Wyvang, Girago, and maybe Pegasis or Balro should go on. For smash attack, it is pretty well known that Flash W145/160/LW160 RF/R2F is best, but some chrome wheels could definitley contest Flash for it's spot.
Defense: Bottoms definitley need to be tested more. In my opinion, RSF, BSF, and SB should go on, but more testing is needed. For tracks, I think E230 should be the obvious choice.
Stamina: BWD needs more testing. I don't own it so I can't say much, but it seems pretty good. Other than that, the usual Phantom, Duo, and Dragooon combos should go on, with BGrin the only addition to each.
