Ive searched and searched but I dont know .Can you just tell whats the best performance tips?

Certain performance tips do better in certain situations. For example CS does good in defense and balance combos. And WD does good in stamina. RF/R2F does great in attack.
Don't make threads to ask questions, make your question in a post on Ask a Question, Get an answer just like ashton pinto said, my point is you can't make threads to ask questions.
