It'll be developed by the Modnation Racers team for PS3. A Vita version hasn't been announced, and despite Sony publicly saying it's not planned, it probably is and they don't want to step on the toes of Modnation Racers: Road Trip.

I have LBP and Modonation Racers also Mario Kart which is wat all these game are like them. I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!
