This thread is not needed at all.
Everybody should know what tip is best for what type easily by even the name.
And Balance has no tips that are really specified for it.

Some of the other threads on this forum are uneeded

No, they are not, or else they would be closed like this one will be.

Other threads are wanted not needed, discussion is different then necessity

People should just read the Beywiki articles, since more and more are being completed every week. And, otherwise, we have topics for almost every new part.
