To start off, this idea is sort of vague right now, but I'll just tell you guys the basics of what I've been thinking about.
I don't know about everyone else, but I'd like to see more people actually using their Beyblades or talking about them. I'm not sure if this was ever done on OtC or where ever before, but this is my idea and it may accomplish a number of things;
1. Promote discussion of Beyblade
2. Promote usage of Beyblades
3. Increase overall activity of the board
I was thinking that maybe, every week an admin/mod (or any Advanced Bladers, if it is decided who they are) could post a BEY CHALLENGE. This could range from hypothetical battle situations to solo spin time challenges (which users would have to submit videos to prove, obviously), and users could enter these challenges and submit their entries via PM, e-mail, or some other method. The winners could receive some sort of prize, what that would be, I don't know. Or, instead, somehow, some sort of points system could be implemented with rankings.
Again, right now this is kind of vague, but if you have any comments please tell me what you think!

And Artie, like Brad said, if you don't want to participate you don't have to. It's not like you'd be forced to do it, you could enter one week and then sit out the next if you wanted.

No, I didn't mean in terms of participating, I meant in terms of setting everything up.
We still have a relatively small userbase.

Well, it couldn't take too long to set something like this up, could it? I don't see it taking very long. Obviously it'll take some work though.
Our userbase is a problem though. Like I said, the whole thing depends on the amount of participants.
I don't see any negatives from this so I guess it wouldn't be bad.

I like this idea. I think It would be good, and would get the blood flowing again, if you know what Im sayin, and If anything around here is vague, it's the things that come out of my mouth.
Its a very good idea. And throughout the thread we have arguments of the ups and downs. So i would be interested to see how this all works out
I'm thinking some point system would work well with this too.

This sounds like a good idea. We could have a discussion thread for each challenge at the end of every week where it is explained why whatever the answer is, is the correct one.

Yeah, thats what I mentioned in my first post. We could have some sort of points system and have rankings.

Yeah sounds cool, by the way iam a advanced blader!, and yes, but maybe we could do the online battles via Tuttali from youtube hes a great man, and great person also, BUT ONE THING...HE DOSENT LIKE CUSTOMIZE BLADES, JUST LIKE ME!, JUST LIKE THEY CAME FROM BOX.Nice idea^^

No you're not and people who don't customize are terrible at this game.

Yeah, of course. There's just a lot going on right now and I can't really do much without my Beyblades. :\
