Considering that there will be other events going on i dont think music would be the best idea.

Stores like this always have other stuff going on. IE POkemon, Yugioh, MTG etc.
Ok we got a situation with this event. The store got in touch with me earlier today, and we may have to cancel. It seems there are several events going on that weekend. I will talk with them tomorrow and see what we can work out.
Dark, I have sent an email to Rob to discuss this. Let me try and handle this to see what we can do. This was confirmed by his team on 3 seperate occasions as well as with him. I'lll let you know what I find out asap.

I dont like outdoor venues. To many things that can go wrong.
OK I spoke with Rob at One Eyed Jacques and all is a go for the 14th. We will be holding tourneys there after this one on Sundays. He was very cool with making sure this happens as we planned it.
So YES THE TOURNEY IS ON FOR SATURDAY APRIL 14th at 12 noon.
