I recently purchased a rather weird remote control Beyblade it looks like a Master Dragoon recolor, but when I try to find any information on it, nothing comes up. The seller claims it's from Takara, but again I've never seen a bey like this, and I'm starting to wonder if I'd maybe gotten ripped off and bought a fake. From what I can see on the pictures of the packaging the box says it's a brand called Thunder V-5, has anyone ever heard of this, or know anything about them, or did I just buy a fake bey?
Sounds really fake. Take a picture though.
The only proper beyblades are made by Takara, hasbro and Sonokong so it's very likely to be fake. Pictures would help a lot though.
I would if I could, but I don't have the item yet, and I can't copy the image from the seller, so I'll sadly have to wait, but I can give as best a description as I can, it looks like a Dragoon Master, only it's like a baby/powder blue. The Launcher itself is green, the bey has no bit chip, but instead has what appears to be a red LED set up beneath a clear plastic covering, the bey also has a sticker on it that says "Dragon" instead of Dragoon. I thought maybe it was a recoloring of Dragoon, but the box clearly has a picture of Tyson on it, as soon as I get the bey I will post a picture.
i think...its fake i hav never heard of it
Oh well, if it is, it's just something I bought to goof around with my little brother anyway, I was just curious as to whether it was legit, or not. Thanks for the help, like I said soon as I can I will send pictures of it.
Wow... no one reported this? Really? Did you all completely forget that there is a thread for fakes and questions regarding them?

Ugh.

Oldskewl, when you do get pictures, please post them in the existing fakes thread that is stickied in this same forum...
