World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

Well, i've owned a DS for almost a year now, and the tip of it has become slightly flat, so it creates slightly aggressive movement. However, after uncountable battles and some filing, the ridges that surround it become curved with the same angle as the stadium floor. So when it tilts, it provides aggressive movement comparable to -lets say- a RF tip. My question is, is this illegal or not?

Of course it's illegal. Read the rules man.
