Understandable. Parasites bother most people, especially if they've seen those little horror documentary shows as a child.
...

Back in the good old days of physician quackery, tape worm segments or cysts were occasionally sold as guaranteed weight loss treatments. It works, but in this case the cure is definitely "worse than the disease".
Yup. Actually, you can still get tape worm treatments, if you know where to look and happen to be dumb enough.
I'm all good since my dad used to be a chef. We it fresh food every night especially steak. Medium rare FTW!

If the volume on the TV is at a weird number, say 17, It has to be put at a better number, like 15 or 20.

This is the most ignorant thing anyone has ever said about OCD.

Congrats.

This just in, everyone has manic depressive disorder, because sometimes they are happy, and SOMETIMES THEY ARE SAD.

I didn't mean to say everyone has OCD definitely, I MEANT to say that everyone has a certain LEVEL of OCD. Apparently I wasn't specific enough...
It's called 'organization' in most cases, and 'quirks' in all others.

Do you know what the word "disorder" means? Because you really do not seem to.

Exhibiting very small instances of non-extreme behavior is not "obsessive compulsive disorder", it's just having a quirk. This is exactly why psychology textbooks and so forth should be kept under the same lock and key that the guns and liquor are around children.
Back on the subject of steaks: I like mine medium, sometimes medium well. I never really cared for any form of rare for some reason :\
Coincidentally, my dad got some steaks from Ferguson's yesterday, and we're cooking them tonight. Can't wait.
With a name like yours I thought you'd have been into blue steaks, broski
I prefer mine Medium Well. Not too cooked, not too red. I've had a Medium Rare steak once...
It didn't go so well.
And I just had steaks for dinner, too... LOL
For me it depends on the cut of the meat.

T-Bone, Cowboy, Flank, Sirloin, Rib Eye, Strip, and Hanger I all prefer Medium Well
Fillet Mignon and Prime Rib I prefer Medium Rare

With almost all of these I enjoy a whipped horseradish or mushroom demi-glace. Smile
I'm all aboot sautéed onions and mushrooms on pretty much every cut of steak. Not so fond of horseradish, myself.
I don't even know what horseradish is, but it sounds like something horses excrete and therefore does not tickle even my most extravagant tastebuds.

That being said, I've heard animal excretion is a delicacy in some countries. Not here in the US (I don't think), but in some other European countries...

On that topic, it's funny to think that even though you think some people are weird, they probably think the same about you. Take the Spain, for example. People in the US think it's weird how some schools have a nap time during the day. However, they probably think it's weird how we don't. Just something for your consideration.
Horseradish is a spicy root. It has a very powerful taste, and, depending on the "grade", it can be anywhere from mildly spicy to one of the spiciest naturally occurring foods there is. The taste is an acquired taste, on higher grades. I personally dislike it, and my fiancée vomits if she tastes it. Wasabi is a type of horseradish. I wouldn't be surprised if the namescheme was something like "A radish with a powerful kick".

Many schools, specifically lower grades, in the US have nap time. I believe some go as high as 4th grade with it.

Aha, I remember it now. I tried it once...it seems like an acquired taste; not something you'll like at first.

I read somewhere that even High Schoolers in Spain have a nap time. I was told their day has a nap time from 12-1, and some even go home to nap. I think the reason for this is because they are up until 12 and wake up a little early (But not really). Also, it gets very hot in Spain and this is the heat of the day.

My 8th grade spanish teacher told us this, so I don't know if it's entirely true. Just something I heard.
Only real men have their steak well done. Just sayin' broskis.

Our school had that, yo!
First thing in the morning on Thursdays, would be nap time.
It was actually Yoga class, but I dunno why our Yoga instructor used to make us nap every time...
Probably because while doing Yoga, one must concentrate, and have a calm mind...
And what's better than napping, to calm oneself down? Concentration can't be expected, though. Tongue_out Or its probably because our school started at about 6:50 am IST?
And oh yes, the most weird thing was, you would be detained if you didn't take a nap. That detention would involve- +30 minutes of nap. Chocked_2
Paradise for lazy people...
Wow, it felt SO good, then.

On the topic of tapeworms and other parasites- As a child, I've seen most of the documentaries on Discovery Channel. So, I was terrified of worms from the very beginning. Not to mention that I felt a bit safer, of being a vegetarian. Tongue_out
OK, I know vegetarians are susceptible to such diseases too, but yeah! It was when I was a child! XD

Real men hunt and eat live buffalo, after wrestling then to the ground with their bare hands.

Needless to say the buffalo never stood a chance.
Man I powerslammed that buffalo onto a fire and cooked the hell out of it. Mmmmm mmmm mmmm well done baby, it's the only way to eat a steak!
Wouldn't technically you'd be cooking the hell into it? Lol

Nah he cooked the demons out of it.
Though you can also get the demons out with trepanation or a tin foil hat. Just an alternative for those who do like their meat medium rare and so can't get all of the demons out with fire. Wink
I'm pretty sure testing apart near raw flesh with blood dropping down your chin is more masculine than chewing the cardboard-like substance known as "well done steak". Tongue_out

Tin foil hates get demons out AND prevent people reading your mind. Multifunctional! But still, someone who just killed a buffalo wouldn't be sissy enough to have a medium rare steak! Tongue_out

Are you silly? Just have a glass of holy water on the side.

And naa it's not th!nk, well done steaks are for real men cos you need powerful man jaws to chew it up. Bone crushing manly jaws!
