Thanks @[Naijalak] and Beybouncer!

Get some cheap prizes for future events, haha.

Seriously, congrats. Tongue_out

Congrats on getting the job! Smile

I'm waiting to hear back from a local pet store to schedule my second interview. The manager told me I'll definitely get another interview, I just don't know when.

Spent quite a bit of my time today working on scanlating a manga. It's not a shonen, so it's taking a bit more work. It's just me and a translator, so I'm doing all of the typesetting and cleaning by myself. It's not too bad, it's actually pretty fun, but it's also a little tiring. Hopefully I can find someone to help me out after a few releases.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I decided to talk to a girl today that I kind of know. I haven't really had any friends since I graduated in June, so I have been trying to find some people to talk to. I figured I would meet people in my classes, but there isn't really anybody my age. Anyway I kind of know her brother from high school, so I figured I'd try talking to her. Looks like I may have made a new friend. Smile
I'm still waiting to get a job at home.
Mom won't accept my Recycling Job Unhappy
I got my finger cut open yesterday by a dog can lid. I was opening it and it was stuck so I done the stupid thing as to pull it harder. As a result, the lid slides and cuts me.

Because I got dog gravy on me I had to bleach the cut. It's better now, but I get a little pain once in a while.

Another Note: Congrats on the job TSO!
How were you trying to open it? Don't you own a can opener? O.o

I was thinking that it was a dog bitting your finger lol. Anyway, I just cut myself so much time so I know that feel bro.
Use a knife next time. Already, I get pull tabs for my cats.
You know how I told you guys about my job application at Subway well guess what …

I GOT A JOB!!!

The funny thing is, not at Subway. I actually decided to take my Cross Country coaches offer of working with him on his lawncare business. Yesterday was my first day! Probably doesn't pay as much as Subway, but I got tired of waiting for the call for an interview.
Congrats dude, but i always heard landscaping pays better than like a subway. How many hours you work?

GONGRATS!!! Man your lucky you have a job.
Today has been a rather long, ridiculously depressing day. I've been a little down this week since I can't seem to make any friends in my classes, but I also had two pretty good job opportunities fall through in one day. One was a substitute teaching job, which was supposed to be a guaranteed position; apparently too many people applied this year. The other was a position at Pet Value. I was promised a second interview, but apparently the carp of a district manager didn't like some of the answers I marked on my test.

On the bright side, I found out about 5 open positions at my local K-Mart, so I just applied for those. I still need to do the test, but I'll do it tomorrow after class. I guess I better get in bed since I have to wake up at 5:30 to go to class...

Sorry to hear.
Hopefully you'll be at K-Mart.
(PS, find some Ninja Turtle figure for me Smile)
Um, I'm not even sure if this is good but I got a Girl X Sanrio Hello Kitty deck for $50, and it's supposed to cost $120. And I'm selling it.
Ah carp I thought this was Recent Purchases. Sorry!
Yesterday was really long and depressing, but it seems today was quite the opposite. I've been a little down lately over not being able to make any friends in my classes, and being turned down for two jobs in one day didn't help very much, but today was actually a really good day.

I signed up for a club and made friends with a ton of people who also joined, so that was pretty nice. I also found out that a friend of mine from my freshman year of high school goes to my college (He was a senior when I was a freshman). And to top it all off I met a potential love interest.

Actually, that last part is kind of funny. I was sitting around for a while talking with my friend, as well as one of his friends, and all of a sudden I see this girl walk through the lounge and step outside to sit at one of the tables out there. She was absolutely gorgeous, and I really wanted to talk to her but I was way too scared. They were telling me to go do it, but I was really nervous so my friend went with me and then after a few minutes left saying he had to work on his essay. We hit it off pretty well, and it turns out we even have some similar career goals (Difference being she wants to teach English or Spanish in high schools, I want to teach English in Japan). She even asked me to join the tennis club, which I am seriously considering at the moment. I'm usually not into sports, but it sounds like a lot of fun right now. Plus, it's good exercise. I didn't get to stay and talk for as long as I wanted, but we exchanged numbers, so I'm pretty confident that I have a chance.

Today was a much needed day for me, but I'm happily that it's finally the weekend. I'm pretty exhausted right now. XD
Oh gosh, I'm not sure if I should be comfortable in my Algebra 1 class or not. (I failed the first time, now I remember why: IT'S HARD!) anyways, there's a girl that sits behind me. A girl who was just released from Juvenile Hall for god knows why. Another fear of mines is that I assume she's in a gang. I assume this because she has a tat above her waist. And she's one of those people that tries so hard to be helpful, and I can't snap because I'd probably get beat up in some way by her gang. Welcome to the gang side of my neighborhood, where you are basically required to travel in packs because people bring weapons to school on a weekly basis. Thank god I live on the try hard Times Square area..
Edit: I created a new page again?? I'm lucky with these...
... Having a tattoo does not automatically mean you are part of a gang, especially not right above the waist. She also does not seem to have done anything wrong based on what you mentioned for the period during which she has been a part of your life, so I really think you should just chill out.
Actually, it has one if those weird abbreviations that is known around my area, I can't mention it because I'll get manhunted. And I can't chill out, it's 102 degrees here.

I think you're over reacting a bit. I doubt gang-members casually check Beyblade forums (unless we're talking about the Dark Nebula).

As long as you stay out of each other's way, what's the big deal? I get you might not like her "helpful" attitude, but no reason to "snap" either. Tongue_out

Strangely enough, I'm in Algebra I and I've gotten all A's.
Prior, I only got all A's in Math in the 1st grade.
I might need some help then...
On another subject, I'm gonna meet some pro skaters and get autographs, and meet my favorite skater, but I hope he comes. (Mike Carroll) Its gonna be hot though..
Back to the other conversation I started, I kinda realize I overreacted. I do have some right to be nervous, I mean, who even knows why she went to Juvenile Hall. I guess watching Scared Straight finally... Scared me Straight. (I've never been to jail, just detention for showing up 3 minutes late for home room)
Hah, sure thing.
It's really simple bro.

This girl is probably nice if you're nice to her.
Ive been on this website since 9:00 at night

Im posting at 4:28

Time to stop,Or nottttttt!!!!!
Been playing Basketball for 2 hours straight. My sweat could fill a bathtub right now, haha.
Ran 5 miles and I'm freezing to death.

Wish I had your weather, haha.
