What? Do you mean when can you register? They can register before the tourney but there will not be internet connection at the tourney. So whoever your trying to sign up, they have to do it at a area with internet before the event.

Yup, Borchard94, Castleraider and Chaz27. Chaz27 said he might go but I haven't asked the other two yet. Also, I might be bringing some newcomers hopefully.
