if they are all parts from normal MFB series, then yes, but if it's a tornado series bey, then no.
A Pegasus on top of a Lightning wheel? I'm pretty sure that's definitely illegal...
its not legal.........you have to use something besides lightning.maybe an earth wheel?
This combo is absolutely illegal for competition, so there shouldn't be a point of putting this in a thread...
