World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

I'm sorry if there are a lot of mistakes english isn't my first language.
I'm making a balance bey so it can have a lot chance to win againt any type of beyblade (in any stadium) and i'm pretty close.
Here what i got so far :
Face bolt : Zurafa
Energy Ring : Capricorn
Fusion Wheel:Rock
Spin track : AD145 or DF145 (please tell me which is better and why)
Performance tip : CS Or W2D (this is where i'm mostly torn , so tell my in which case i should take one , please)

Also tell me which beyblade (custom) could beat it .
