I didn't post anything to refuse because I read somewhere it is better to just report it and ignore.

Due to Azure Lazer being a huge liar and/or way too lazy (if you gave the wrong address by one digit, then get up and walk to that other address to get your package, loser), it has become clear that he was not reliable at all. As such, he has been banned, and we all strongly encourage everybody who was trying to deal with him to abort all transactions with him and possibly get reimbursed if the payment was via Paypal.
