Digimon Data Carddass is a collectible card game which uses video game machines or 'terminals', similair to Animal Kaizer. It is free to play(in most places) but the cards must be bought in a form of booster packs, pricing around $3-5 for a pack of 5 cards. Each digimon has its own cost, speed and attacks, and some, special abilities.Cards have a barcode and a green hexagon/circle on the back which is called an 'alpha code' .There are three coloured buttons, red, green and blue. A player must first press the green button to start the game, once more to select a mode, and then either a green-for 1 player, or blue-2 players. Player must then scan at least one digimon card, with the maximum at 3. pressing the red button after doing so will allow you to then scan option cards, which too, have a cost. These option cards allow various boosts of different kinds. The total cost of all cards scanned must not exceed the cost of 10. The back of the card which contains the 'alpha code' must then be scanned on a different scanner for an 'added effect' . Any 'alpha code' from any card can be used.Players then press the coloured button corresponding to the digimon's coloured move .In most cases, the player who presses the button first will attack, while it may rely on a rock-paper-scissors format under certain conditions. Getting two rounds 'perfec' will allow an extra round, round 'x' which introduces a boss and a henchman as opponents. The latest version is ver.7 , while so far they have only released ver1-3 or perhaps more in other areas. There are many cards, ranging from different rarities and some, limited editions. There is also an evolution feature which will allow a digimon ti evolve into its next possible stage once the bar is filled up , by performing succesful attacks. The digimon will restore HP instead if the final form as already been reached or scanned into the system. Players may also recieve a card in some areas. Thats about it. I may try uploading pictures if possible. We can all also discuss about it here. Grin (Cards which are not for the corresponding language or country may be banned for use)

Carddass is a Japanese arcade system, so obviously they'd have the machines, haha.
