Welcome to the WBO. The WBBA doesn't operate outside of Japan, the WBO certainly do. We host tournaments all over the world. I don't know if there are any upcoming tournaments in that area, I live in Australia. You might have to check the upcoming tournaments on the sidebar. Anyway, welcome and have fun!
