Then Meeto L-Drago LW105WD and it spun 3.59 secs.

Pegasis DF145SD it spun 2.34 secs.

Those are not Attack "tops" : because of their Bottoms, they follow a stamina pattern where they remain in the centre of a stadium; therefore, they are Stamina types to begin with ... However, those Metal Wheels are really bad for Stamina, especially in solo spin time which barely means anything anyway ...
