That'd be better. The 8-balance is heavier, therefore better for attack types.
No :s It's better for Upper attack, but not smash. This is a pretty poor attack combo anyway, the base is SG Semi-Flat

Wolf 100HF (Or is Capricorne a better wheel?)
Stamina-
Capricorne 145D (Capricorne's wheel is almost perfectly batanced and Circular like Virgo, and it doesn't hang down at all, so attack types with low tracks do not hit the wheel.)

Libra's fine, I'd use it with B but D works to. Wolf is pretty bad for attack, and no one has tested Capricorn. Try it out.

For Leone, the D tip is better that B, I experimented the parts before

Stamina
Wolf 100B
Pegasis has better Stamina than Wolf, Leone has better Defense than Pegasis, and Wolf...well, I doubt it has better attack than Leone.
Also, D125 is better on the Stamina Combo and 100 on the Attack combo. The track isn't so low, I think, that the wheel will scrap the stadium surface.

The Ar is good for smash attack and also upper attack
The WD is alright but not great since it make the combo more controllable but it would be better if u were using it in an upper attack combo.
Again the rc is better for upper attack than smash.
It's alright for smash but if u wanted a good upper attack combo u wouldn't have to do anything to this.
Also u should look on Beywiki cause I found out most of the info I just told u on there.

Use Customize Bearing Base with Neo SG Right (Double Bearing Version), and Customize Grip Base with Right SG (Bearing 1/2 Version).
War Lion and Tiger Defenser are both good, and this is a good Survival type.
Libra 100Wb i find that it is better than MF LibraC145WB.

I've seen this in action in a youtube video and it looks like a stable defensive combo. The low center of gravity and defensive bottom to stand its ground and the Libra Wheel makes it harder for RF combos to get underneath it.
Viable or wishful thinking?

AR: Panther Claw/Tiger Defenser (haven't tried Tiger Defenser yet though)
WD: 10 Heavy
SG: MW Core (Soon to be HMC)
SP: Upper Attack, upside down
BB: Customize Change
It mainly utilizes the Upper Attack SPs to attack the under side of the opposing blade, while Panther Claw chips away on top. This method is facilitated by the fact Panther Claw is slightly smaller in diameter than Upper Attack, like a 1mm-2.5mm difference (no ruler accessible haha).
Main reason I use Customize Change is because I can use the HMC (at least I think I can) which would add more weight to help keep it grounded.
This is a combo I made from the stuff sitting around. Once my next MOJ order comes in, I plan to try a few changes:
SG: Bearing Version 2 (inside double casing)
BB: Customize Grip
The rubber tip should provide better resistence to attack, let it hold it's ground better. Of course I lose out on HMC.
Some plastic combo's i made up (apart from my driger S + wolborg, theflightyellz told me that 1)
AR: Driger S
WD: Eight Balance
Bottom: Wolborg
A survival type, lasts for ages but can easily get knocked out of the stadium
AR: Bistool
WD: Eight Heavy
Bottom: Master Dragoon
I basically built the smallest(lowest) blade i could get from my parts also the most compact, has huge spin velocity, although not a rubber tip it still flies around the stadium, good for 1 hit KO attacks but quickly loses stamina.
AR: Master Dragoon
WD: Six Heavy
Bottom: Bistool
This is my best one yet, it's balanced but still extremely powerful. SO far i can't find anything that can beat it, even if this one is launched first. Can beat the combo's above and my Draciel MBD, every type. Unfortunately my Master Dragoon's Ten balance broke so i can't make the combo which is:
AR: Bistool
WD: Ten Balance
Bottom: Bistool

Uncustomized Master Dragoon>>>>your current Master Dragoon combo; It wants to be low so it can perform upper attack effectively. And yes, 10b Bistool is one of the most powerful plastics. Bistool isn't really cut out for attack, so it doesn't go well with SG Flat.
Hmmmmm.... I would post a combo up on here but I bet im terrible at them! XD
