I would also like to imform you that I've been working on a custom channel called "The Killer Instinct Channel" The reason for this is because people say Killer instinct 3 is to be released on XboxCrap60! So I wanna show them that it really should be on Wii that's why I'm making this channel!

yes it is.homebrew is a hackers channel.

If it's open software, (not sure if the Wii is) "hacking" is fine. Just look at all the Kinect "hacks".

Oh I almost forgot this thread is about Atari hacking too.
