I have a crush on a seinor at my school and she's leaving on the 28th of this month and I need help from people who've had a crush on a seinor at your school before (high school only).
Uh, I haven't.

Is this realy worthy of it's own thread?

Edit: This could be turned into a general love life kinda thread?
Aww.....tell her how you feel. You'll only regret it if you don't and if she's leaving anyways then what's the worst that can happen? Be a man!

Actually, how close are you at the moment? Best mates or admiring her from afar? Either way, if you can find the courage, I'd tell her. Just prepare yourself for a letdown just in case. Pinching_eyes_2

Having said this, I've never actually had a crush on my senior. ^^; I go to an all girls school, I'm straight and I don't really know many of the older girls anyways.....

This'll prolly get closed soon though........
Okay thanks for the help rocky.
I suck, how old is she?
If she's a senior she'll be 15/16, well that's how old they are at my school anyway. I applied to be one for next year not long ago Joyful_2
Well yeah, Storm Pegasis is the same age so go for it.
If you're good friends with her, it's not worth it. It's probably just past experiences I've had, but I really don't think it's worth it to lose them for something like that.

It's usually best to go for it the first time you meet them or if you don't know each other that well imo...

Good luck.

I find it easier if I know them well before hand. You know each other bettter and feel more comfortable around each other. Although, if you do end up finishing it the after affects can be quite horrible. But that being said I am close friends with many f my ex-girlfriends.

It's your desision.
We are really good friends but please, READ THE COMMENT ABOVE THE ONE YOU JUST POSTED.
Yeah, he was saying that he thinks that is a good thing and to go for it anyways.

Normally the age gap, aspecially with the guy as the younger one, could be a little awkward but if you're good friends anyways then that may not be too much of a problem......you have quite an interesting situation here......

I assume you will be keeping contact when she leaves school and everything?
To be honest, what do you have to lose? I'm sure she wouldn't stop being your friend if you said something so that should be fine but I know it is not easy to do at all but just try your best and we will hope for the best. Smile
Yeah but I just can't tell her because I'm worryed she'll never speak to me again and I'm too nervous.
OK, I'm nowhere near an expert but maybe writing would be easier for you and maybe then, if she doesn't want to know like that then she will crumble it up, throw it away and forget about it. I still see your point though.
I was thinking that......if you choose to tell her and you really can't say it out loud, then maybe try writing a card and giving it to her? You could get all your thoughts down that way. >.>
I can't help it I haven't done this since 2006 and plus I'm a sophmour.
Well you could tell her and probably she will still talk to you because if you just ask and she's says no hopefully yes for you she would probably forget about in about a weeks time.
Hope it helps.Joyful_3

I have to say, I have only done it once and it still wasn't easy but it was easier than saying and it was to someone I didn't know that much. She had the courage to knock at my door though and say no but we could be friends which we still are which was also ok.

But I must say, Girls are most properly better at this then we are.
I don't think I could ever bring myself to confess. Unhappy I'm such a classic romance girl, I have to wait for the guy and such......Pinching_eyes_2

Maybe if I was really confident that they liked me. But even then, I'd probably just wait and hope.
You guys are better help than my friends here in Orange Park.

I must say this now, don't do something like that, I waited and hoped for about three years until it was clear what the truth was. So don't follow this.
I'm going to tell her how I really feel about her tomorrow and I'll give you an update about how it went.WinkCool
rarely have i seen this sort of thing work. when you're older, a gap in one's age isn't a big deal. but when you're still relatively young . . . i dunno. i've just seen it end badly.

good luck, i guess.
I seriously hope it works.
