I vote B.
Entry A is super crowded with random low quality effects. Entry A also has 4 focals, that's like a mortal sin lol. You should probably go find some tuts, as this seems like blur + dissolve + beyblade image. Entry B is better, but needs work. Entry B is crying out for some depth, and the color scheme is nice except the background C4D seems like an interruption.
Edit: Entry B should also find a more fitting font.
A: terrible the mos LQ tag ive seen it has bad effects and doe not have the basics of GFX eveything needs to be improved .
B: Monotone, it has a nice concepth though the BG is ok the C4D use is bad it needs depth,lighting and better text placement but it is good it also needs flow

carp i hate my little brothers i go take a carp for 3 minutes and they touch my labtop

What's wrong with CnC?

Stop making excuses for your bad work.
Even if your computer got wiped, all it takes to make a good graphic is a program and dedicated artist.
I vote entry 2 because it is graphically better in almost all ways compared to entry 1.
