I'll be getting my mom a card and the new book by her favorite author Nora Roberts.

We're not talking right now. She's calling me "abusive" again, going on about how I only call her up when I need money. Like all of those invitations to have her over for dinner and let me cook for her NEVER happen...

I wish I had sane/responsible parents. I would love not have to pretend I love my parents, and instead honestly create a day filled with love just for them...

Ideas for those who are broke:
- Clean the house
- Pack her lunch for work
- Do the laundry
- Craft something (i.e. woodwork, card, pottery, painting, etc.)
- Pick flowers
- Bake anything with chocolate
- Do the dishes
- Create a "coupon book" of set chores
- Stop arguing with your mother and do your homework
- Spend time with your mom. Play a board game, watch a movie, play cards, etc.

All of the above have worked over the years. My mother always liked these kinds of things better anyhow.

flowers, card, a hug and family dinner usually works for me.

Probably to a nice dinner

I'll make her a card, and probably get her a Michael Bubble CD.

Yeah, there is a Father's Day. It's usually in June, this year it falls upon the Summer Solstice, and my birthday, June 21.

Ugh, im broke and i feel bad for usually making handmade carp (usually something goes with it.) idk, might clean up, call her even though she is like 20ft away, and something else not so crappy.

EDIT: I will do what i did when we spent Christmas in bahrain with dad! I convoluted maze with stick notes, clues, and riddles posted around the house (im only 13 dont judge me haha) now what will the prize be...

I made her tea while she was in her hospital bed and then she got mad at me and cried for some reason

lol i went and bought my mums present a little early i bought the 3 bowls i said in my earlier post but im also getting here an ipod shuffle since she lost the one my sister gave her lol and my girlfriend is buying her a mobile because shes stuffed the one shes using up.

my mom gets a break from working because today she is not going to my mom and dad's store

Annie and I bought some lotions from Lush for her mom. As for my mom, I'm trying to get a hold of her but it doesn't seem like she's home.
