Super long winders are and have always been illegal.

The Beylauncher (or "String Launcher") has more power than a winder-based launcher.


Those questions should be asked in the "Ask a question, get an answer!" topic though.

Any winder officially made by TAKARA-TOMY, SonoKong or Hasbro is legal. What you described is not what the "super long winders" really are though ...
