Oh man. Damn, I'll have to tell my parents then.
you know claremont park is OPEN!! and has A green hut thingy that people can sit scince there are chairs and i think there are little tables
What about rockfeller square, its not indoor, but it's free and during the snow just has to be open, if it's closed, i got nothing...
and from every one walking, to not get sued (from a slipper) they would have to already cleaned to area up!
Look, I'll handle the indoor venue portion.

As far as parks are concerned, we need a park permit. They can disband us for trespassing and operating without a permit. Furthermore, areas outside the city have a foot or more of snow. This weekend is unsafe. No means no.

I will be going to cp to tell anybody who has not read this the news. I'll bring a stadium in case i see 8 people and then I'll move us outside the park. Come at your own risk.

If you live outside the city, do not come. The roads still have ice on them.
wait, i'm confused, is the torney on or off, or it's now a small torney, or it's now two torneys: now and next week?
and if the torney is now, is the costume contest also now?
I'd say that it's 2 tourneys, a small one if 8 people are there and then the official one next week. But wait, does this mean your order from the seller who shipped late will be here before the tournament?
what if u come in a 4 by 4, or what ever u call it when all 4 wheels move, just asking... and reallllllllly want to come.
No, STAGE FRIGHT is postponed to next weekend.

For now, if people show up in the park, I have to round them up and bring them the news.
yiiiiippppyyyyyyy, just asked my mom and she said, i quote "yes of course."
is queens in nyc?
If you take the subway... Just don't drive. I'm not going to be there at 10am. Mostly likely sometime around 11:30.
sssooorrry if i'm being anoying just, well i feel like yelling in joy.

Just read the last few posts.

I'll be heading out in a few minutes.

Guys, although I will be going in a sorta-of DJ outfit, no costume contest. Please dress warm if you are coming. We will not be battling in the park.
everybody ask your parents if they agree that you can drive there without a hustle, please come, but at your parant's discretion.
wait i'm confused your not haveing the real tourney tillnext week but today your having a small tourney thats not in the park???

DO NOT DRIVE

If you encourage such things, I will show up just to tell people to go home.

The last time I tried to brave weather for a Beyblade tournament, The Problem and I did a 360 on the garden state expressway through three lanes and slammed into a guard rail. Going to a tournament is not worth risking your car or your lives if there is a better one next weekend.
so by my understanding we can still go right??
Agreed with Dei here. There's absolutely no need for you to literally risk your lives to play a game of spinning tops. You'll risk your pride as a blader next week anyways, I'd rather do that than risk my life. :\

Do you live near a subway line?

Any parent that would drive their kid in this needs to have their head examined anyway. Killerspinner's dad called me this morning and apparently, he's running his house off of a generator.
yes i do live near a subway
those who come, look on the bright side no outdoor thefts...
so i am still coming (by subway line not going to risk my life)
I'm heading out now. I won't be around to answer anymore questions so just call or text me if you have any.
got it
