This battle has taken to the oceans now and we need a good bunch seadogs to fight for us in the water. From underwater troops to submarines to warships and boats we need them in our navy coz landlubbers won't do in this situation.

Been making a LOT of mistakes but the entries are back up and ready to go. So much stuff for me to do today, besides this!

Looks like a water type from first glance, however, the color scheme is metallic, in a sense urban, not aquatic.

Entry 2 looks big and bad, yes, but it looks terribly lopsided and if it was a navy vehicle, I prefer if it was a bit less, uh, mismatched, for lack of a better word.
I personally like Entry 1, even though both could be better.
Thus, my bullet, the deciding one, goes to Entry 1!

don't get your hopes up dude, i'm just hoping i'll win because as people know I make my own, so I'm gonna stick to the theme!
Good luck to you Nwolf. And no offense, but you're gonna need it against RowDog. Custom-made sprites are good (I'm always impressed about how you can make them in a week, I've never been able to finish one that I started a month ago), but don't forget to make it a pokemon
