This is really not the same as the "General Health" Thread, or any type of fitness thread. This is a thread where you post what you can do, how you do it, when you do it, what you do-do, and really anything beyond that.

Standard weight room:

Bench Press: 125 LB.

Push Machine: 60 LB.

Pull Machine: 60 LB.

Pulley [Down]: 125 LB

Leg Press: 300 LB [Low] 200 LB [High]

What do I use [For a home workout]?
  • Crosstrainer 90X Treadmill
  • Standard Bench Press
  • Pull-Up Bar
  • Bed [For Abs]
