Nothing comes with a Bey Point Card except BB-70, BB-71, BB-76 and BB-107. I have no idea why you would think it comes with Vulcan Horuseus, of all releases.

That is on all of TAKARA-TOMY's packages, it just advertises the Bey Point Card. Vulcan Horuseus was only released by TAKARA-TOMY, not whatever division distributes Metal Fight Beyblade in Hong Kong.

Is the $16.00 with the tracking number already included? Or do I still need to add 1.50?
