If I would change anything it would be the background on this website its a little boring but its fine. if I would add something it would be a tournament every month for all types of beyblades, they would be separated into 3 divisions: plastics, hms and mfb. It would be the most awesome world beyblade tournament event ever and it would be every month. now if only they had the funding for something like that.

Tournaments are entirely up to our members. If nobody decides to host a plastic tournament, then there is simply no plastic event.
oh well I would host one but I don't have the money and supplies
I would also host one, but I live in a very small town and can't travel...

Anyways, I was looking at the BeyChannel on youtube, and I thought the little tutorials were pretty cool. I was thinking maybe more of those could be made.
As I've said before, I would like it if we could have a thread (probably locked) containing an up-to-date copy of the introductory PM. It's much easier for users to click a link to it than go through their inbox and such, and on a psychological level, it IS much simpler.

Plus, this eliminates the issues caused when things change after users get their PM's.

It shouldn't be that hard to do, and it'd help those of us who often speak to/try to help bad posters quite a bit. Smile
Even if it's a small improvement, it's still an improvement. It shouldn't be too hard to do, either Smile

I know you guys are busy, but pretty please? Cute
I think we should vote on our leader not that Kai_V is bad just a change in the line up would be nice!

... Clearly you have never owned such a huge site and you do not know what it takes to run it. It is absolutely not something you can just vote on. Plus, I did not elect myself to the top, I was chosen.

Just a segestion sorry if you toke ofence
It was a very stupid and offensive one, you insinuate that Kai-V doesn't do well enough as it is. Most of the members here agree that Kai-V does a great job with the site. This won't change any time soon. Besides, most of the newer members here don't even LIKE Kai-V because she closes their stupid threads. We'd probably end up with someone who thinks that Dark is epic as the leader if the masses were allowed to vote.
Even though u probably heard this b4 i think the WBO should host tournments. I say tht we should get sponsors like Toywiz,Hasbro, Takara Tomy, and other companies to pay for these tournaments and and there is alot posssiblies with this idea. Maybe if we get big enough we can be like the WBBA.
Its not the wbo who makes the tourney, its us, members

we are not like the other companies. We just support them. They dont really care about us

lastly, we have 50,000 members and counting. Were getting bigger than you think :p

Firstly, this is a dumb idea.
Secondly, ToyWiz already sponsored various tourneys for the WBO.
Other than that, what DeX said.
I find it laughable because personally the World Beyblade Organization is already hosting tournaments since the World Beyblade Organization is its members.

Next suggestion ...

Hah.

I have to agree with what Th!nk suggested a little back. If we put a second thread in the rules forum, or maybe even it's own forum (Not likely), people would just click on it.

Then again, I don't know how many people even read the rules. Maybe just linking the rules next to where in the PM it says "Now, go introduce yourself!". Obviously people click it, because they go to the forum (Unless they get there from the front page-which is probably what happens...).

I'm sorry for contradicting myself, but do other forums have this problem? Maybe it's just best we leave everything as is, because unless they don't get the meaning of "learning from mistakes," they'll just learn over time.
Other forums do not have to deal with such a young audience.
...as well as the current campaign, Quest for Quetz. It says on help. It needs to be changed to the new campain; Blader Rewards.
I was looking at the board statistics, and saw this:
Members who have posted: 23.42%

Wow. I suggest we impose a ban on users who have not posted in the last six months. Yes it would lower our member count drastically, but it would promote a tighter, more dedicated community.

Just saying.
hhhm, i know this will sound strange but perhaps a thread to state exactly what is spam, and possibly a more complicated warning system? so instead of just percentages the wanrning can be different, so like you might get a message saying who have spammed and don't do it again, then if you do it another time in the same day you get 10% warning? just because i've seen alot of people who are banned, or don't post of fear of being banned, alot of my friends for example...

just a suggestion

I personally like and support that idea. That way we don't have so many members who never get on anymore, or other accounts for people who want the refers. Even though that is stupid because they have to be active. Also, we just have to remember to not ban those who are away!

I don't think that is a good idea. It takes a lot to get banned. You just have to have meaning to what you post, that is all. Just make sure you aren't saying something completely stupid, that doesn't relate to anything, and you are fine.
Some people never check their private messages anyway. Even when they get a clear notification from the board that one of their posts was moderated, they do not notice, and then they ask why they cannot post anymore.

Concerning the other suggestion, we already have a lot of problems with just erasing posts, so I can only imagine that there would be even worse issues if we got rid of actual users. This is one of the reasons why we never delete accounts actually.
Unless, /Zephyr/, you meant just banning them where their username becomes grey, however that is really pointless because not only do they not bother us by not posting, but one of our goals is also not to have a list of banned members that is too huge.
how about creating something like a facebook fanpage or a twitter so we can spread the word to more peope, friends/ perhaps followers interested in similar things ?
We already have both of those, but for some reasons, the Committee just does not see much point in maintaining those pages with all the latest information ...

The commitee chould change its mind. I know a bunch of people on facebook that like beyblades, but do not know about the WBO.
But then it is about just spreading the word, we do not need to have an actual page that we need to constantly update. We have a website right here, so the goal of our page is just to get people to join. If we update the page all the time with everything that is happening on the board, then why would someone sign up when they can just keep reading what gets posted on Facebook ?

It is up to those who are on Facebook to visit other Beyblade-related pages and, when someone asks a question, you can redirect them to this site where the answer is written, etc.

Or we could just have a like page where all the info is just sitting there and every once in a while someone(at anyone's discretion) shares the page and it passes around like H1N1 and especially Beyblades page kids troll there am to pm
