You will see people ask the same damn questions one hundred times though ... It is like on this board : people will get tired of answering the same questions very quickly, especially if the answers keep fading away ...

i would like somthing thats sends you a pm with there is going to be a tournament near where you live
and you have to enter all that info when you sign uo for wbo and everyone has to type that info before they can enter the site anymore and i think that will bring about 3X the people to tourmament just like how i never knew about the huge tournament at the washinton monument back in september of 2010

I was thinking of a online chat but it would be a accepting thing like "Do you accept the chat request from _____" and if the person that someone wanted to talk to is not online he just pm's them...
On the top of each Thread, there should be something that says "Rules of this Forum" that has a list of like, 5 rules, on the top of the opening post. It should also appear when your creating a thread typing in the first post. Hopefully it can reduce SPAM. Sorry if I am repeating myself or some other posts.

Then just talk in private messages or get each other's MSN addresses ...

We cannot possibly do that. Since some people do not even write their location in the field in their profile, we would have to do it manually. Keep dreaming ...
Also, everyone who signed up and never posted reported the global message I sent them as SPAM to our host, who had to block that mass mail, so apparently people do not want to receive messages like that from us.
I think we need to stop people recommending stupid or dated combos in the "build me a combo" thread. I just saw a whole lot of outdated recommendations, and someone recommended someone use storm bull h145hf/s. It'd probably take a lot of work though, s'yeah.
I don't see how you can stop those people, just correct them if you don't already..

I don't Know maybe someone Like, DrigerGT he makes banner for himself maybe he could for the WBO, or a great signature worker like Jacksonian, or even Kai-V herself. She is Quite good at making things like that

Once I get a computer, I want to do a flash based banner for the website. If the committee likes it, maybe they will replace it.

An iphone app would require a lot of effort for very little return. Also, the site works fine as is on my galaxy s's wireless net, so no, I don't think it'll happen.
If the Wbo had a app I would be more on the WBO
the WBO doesnt even need an app.
99% of the time that i'm on here im on an ipod/ipad. an app isnt needed. its a very simple website.

The WBO should PM users about improving their signature's size.... The sig should not be changed completely to- Signature too large.Read the rules. If the person disobeys the instructions of the PM, only then shud the sig be changed... Still, one should check if the user was online or not, after the PM was sent.... Its hard work to reset a sig...

Signature size limits are
very clearly written in the rules. We should not have to give you a verbal warning beforehand because
you are supposed to have read the rules already. Plus, it can take a while for someone to respond, and the size problem is immediate and it bothers people now, so we have to solve the situation at that moment, not wait for that user's own action which might still not even respect the signature size rule.
