i would add chatroom so it would easier to talk to other members as in would easier.

EDIT:Never Mind
oh wow. yeah. it DID cross my mind when i PMed kai-V one day "wait... kai-v probably gets 50 PMs per day... so to find old PMs i sent days ago must be a pain in the neck for her. o.O"
I have to agree with mythic ldrago's idea for a thread for confirming threads. Maybe not exactly as he had said, but I think there should be some sort of system that you request a thread, then get the go-ahead. Maybe there should be a system that you can only make a thread if a mod or admin approves it. It would reduce all of the stupid threads.

I also think some serious consideration needs to go into people who spam, I think things around here need to get more strict, because let's face it, bypassing through 2 pages of stupid is just not right.
It's something that I had been meaning to say, and has been on my mind, these spam posts are just annoying.

Everybody is free to contact a staff member and ask if an idea for a topic to create is good or not. Obviously you know as well as I do that no one would look at that thread anyway. I still get people asking how to battle here ...

What sort of "serious consideration" are you talking about ? We already act as much as we can.

Well, what I meant by the topic starting was not exactly as mythic lDrago had said, what I was thinking was that people would have to get a "pass", or something of the sort in order to make a thread. in other words, you can't start a thread until you get confirmation from a mod, which will give you a "one thread pass" or something similar. I don't think we need a complete thread for requests, I think that every thread that is made needs to be confirmed first.
But the one problem I see with my idea is that, if you have people asking you how to battle, I could just imagine how many PM's you get daily.

And by serious consideration, I mean how easily warnings are given out, because I think that people just won't understand that they're being immature until they get a warning.
Lol, Nano got warned for posting a TV catchphrase Confused

I think its kind of ridiculous.
to be more legit
What, the site itself or some of the members?

I changed it between October 3rd and now.

SSJfisherman, that could be a good solution, but it might be too time-consuming in the end anyway.
i agree with SSJfisherman.. because i don´t know when i´m making a good thread or not...also i see threads about combos that are awful or thread asking for build me a combo or asking if a combo is good..
Make a Macro of the PM Kai-V sends to you when you make an account. It won't disappear until you read it.

ah, i was thinking that <- offtopic?
Hm, maybe a mobile version of the site?
shadowpegasis... a bunch of people said that... Kai-v said to just use a computer for this site.... a mobile version is just not possible at the moment for this site...
It was more of a thought than a suggestion. If I could add a mobile version, than I would.

How would anyone know if you read it though?

Or you'll be given a Test to answer questions based on what Kai V sent you when you create your account. If you get at least 70% right, you can visit the site and post comments like you normally would. This will avoid an extra 2,000 threads being sent to the Closed Threads forum by the end of the year.

At that rate though we would only get a maximum of ten members a month, hah.

Hey, well its's somewhat better than having over a thousand members per month posting nothing but spam, getting warned, and being banned!

(Disclaimer; That was not meant to rhyme...)

Disclaimer: Spam and Banned don't rhyme.

Nice try.

Disclaimer; It sort of rhymes when you say it, but not when you spell it. Anyways, this is kind of off-topic.
first i think all closed threads should be deleted of the forum... they are useless and are making space... also i thing that when people try to make a new topic that topic should be blocked to other members until someone of the moderators approve him.. and when the topic has a sign saying approved then we can post on him... and i really think that all the closed threads should go to closed threads and deleted of the forum
