If your signed on right now and in school. Post here. Talk about your school, your day, whatever you like.

Im in ifo processing. Bored out of my mind. Got my psp taken away last period. Got health next.
I can't post from school because they block this site and I don't wanna get round it because I've gotten in trouble for it before. D=

I had an okay school day though apart from I had to print out like a billion pages of ICT coursework lol.
im home sick so it suck buti do go on at school
I come on from school alot too. Thats why I sit in the back when they hand out laptops at our desk.
you get lap tops at school luckyXD

are u in the us

are u in high school to

Most kids these days are spoiled. :\

I think this is because our parents are making up for THEIR parents being so harsh to them. I've heard horrible, and also stupid stories about what parents would do even just over thirty years ago! =[
I don't think using computers in school constitutes being spoiled. Computers are the future for the developed world.
I refrain from turning my laptop on in class unless my work requires me to use it. I find it more of a distraction than anything else. 95% of the people who have their laptops on in class end up just surfing on facebook or watching videos on youtube. Seems like a waste considering you spend so much money on tuition only to while away time in lecture. If I want to surf the net I stay at rez; why go to class?
^ Subliminal learning? Still, that's pretty strong willed of you. Welll done. Gasp
My school completely blocks everything apart from the BBC website!
It's utterly pathetic and even most of the teachers agree. I realy wish I could get on here and other sites like Deviant Art from school (I want too upload things that i've done on photoshop). I think there are ways of getting onto websites with that are blocked, I should look it up :\

But anyway, I hate achool at the moment. Ever since I started year 10 the amount of work has realy shocked me and most other people. I always get behind on coursework (mainly chemistry) and get sleepless nights worrying about it, i'm scared i'll fail my GCSE's and wont be able to go to sixth form and university Unhappy I think this is the schools fault because they don't build you up or anything, they just suddenly change the amount of work they give you. Most people either do realy well and don't find any problems or do crud, like me. Argggh!
Try www.loginfreedom.com That's the only proxy that works at my school at the moment. It's been working for a while now, oddly enough. They normaly block them fairly quickly.

My school has an odd relationship with the WBO. The main page is blocked and then other pages get blocked spontaneously. And sometimes unblocked. I can normally work my way around it though (typing different addresses, clicking different buttons, etc.) Anyways, moral is, just because something appears to be blocked, doesn't alwayd mean it is. Wink

Laptops? At your own desk?!
My school only has 5 computers that have internet(all 98). Then again when in the middle of no where, you usually don't have much technology.
I always come on WBO from school, usually at Digital Media, cause we just do crappy cookie cutter videos/photoshopping and then when I'm done I surf the net. Also, I get on during study hall sometimes.

Although we do have a block, it doesn't block WBO, only some pictures that are linked to tinypic, photobucket and such. Lately after spring break they blocked a bunch of websites so I can't check ebay or look at pictures on YJA without using a slow as butt proxy.
In Australia all of year 9's are getting free laptops in August this year ... Hopefully their mac's but I don't really care if it's windows or mac's.
You know you could just find the site's IP address. That way you aren't going through some adware riddled proxy service that'll get blocked two minutes later.

Also, don't you people know how to delete your history?

Some schools (like mine) block students from deleting their history so if they go on a bad site, they know. I wouldn't know how to do that anyways.

It's pretty simple, Tools=>Internet Options=>General (and then you see 'Browsing History' and just click delete).

Ooh, heehee I can do so much stuff now, heehee
We have alot of computers at our school. We even each have our own accounts with just our stuff so no one can delete something you made. We usually just use them to go on MS Word.

It makes sense to start this program at a younger grade rather than people who are almost done.
