It's colour was never shown in the manga, I believe. It was probably white like all of the other Dragoons Tyson used.

No. It was only made by Takara. Before you PM me, yes, the one I have is made by Takara.
I suggest, if you can't get one (or the parts you need) from our WBO members just be patient until you find one on YJA and dib it as fast as you can
