(I realise we already have a dreams thread but that doesn't really cover sleep)

How much sleep do you get per night?

I usually manage to get about 8-10 hours due to the fact that I sleep in LOADS except on school days when I usually get around 7-8 hours depending on the time I go to bed.

Also, have you ever fallen asleep anywhere strange? I've fallen asleep on the train, in the park and just yesterday while I was staring out the window at night. =P

By the way, does anyone have trouble sleeping? I know it can be horrible so we might be able to suggest a few things...
Lately I've been sleeping like 12 hours a night ... I'm suffering from chronic fatigue. Unhappy
I go to sleep around 11+pm, and wake up sometime at 4am.
depends..usually between 6, 7 or 8

12 during summer
Week Nights 3-6 Hours (Depends on how busy I am)
Holidays 7-11 Hours (Depends on how tired I am)

Wow that's really early, how come you wake up so early? =O
If I'm in my school routine then about 4-5 hours a night. However, I spend a good amount of my lessons fast asleep.
If it's the weekend or the holidays then about 11-13 hours. Unless I have plans, I really don't like to get up until after midday. XD

I only sleep properlyproperly in my bed but I doze pretty much everywhere. You know when you're aware of your surroundings and you can hear what's going on but your eyes are closed and you couldn't move your body if you tried? And even though you weren't properly asleep, you still feel refreshed when you 'wake up'? That's pretty much me most of the time.
3-5 hours on the average night. I have reversed cortisol as a result of adrenal fatigue. If I let myself sleep more than six hours, I either end up sleeping the entire day or my performance will be low due to drowsiness. I also have to give myself an hour to get up in the morning. I have about four alarms that go off each at different intervals.

Sums it up, really.
Usually 7 hours. On a bad night, less then 2.
I get about 4-maybe 5 hours a night on a weeknight. 6 hours on the average weekend.

I am at top performance with 7. After 8 hours I am sluggish. Can't sleep any longer than that. Getting that much sleep is a luxury I don't usually have.

Oh well that's a resounding 'yes'. =_=
I normally go to bed at about 12-1 o'clock in the morning but wake up and anytime I wake up, sometimes it is at 9am, sometimes at 10am, few times at 11am and near to none times at 12pm which is when i got up today.
For school Tired I go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 and get up at 7:30.

For Summer, weekends, and holidays Smile I go to bed at 11:00 or 2:00 or anything in between and wake up at 8:00 or 10:00 normally about 8:30 though.
I usually get 4-7 hours per night if I know I have to be up for the next day.
On days when I don't work at all (And have no plans, so I know I can just sleep), I often get around 9 hours.
Blader9 how old are you? Just wondering. :3

And yeah, I know exactly what you mean. When your body's asleep, but you're mind is only half asleep. Everything seems kinda slow when you hear everything. Normally happens during the daytime.

And at night, you have a ton of dreams/nightmares and it feels like you should be doing something active, not sleeping.

Yesyesyes! I never hear things correctly. I've got good ears if I try but if it's just normal conversation I mishear everything. XD And I spend my nights playing DS or coming on here in my bed until I get so sleepy I have to sleep. And then I just dream. XD I'm always dreaming~

I never have dreams I don't know why though.

It'd be awesome. We could crash into each other in drowsiness and tell each other ghost stories but mishear everything and have nightmares and, oh, wait. XD

Perhaps our dreams will fall in sync and we can battle each other in our dreams.

Would that count on the beypoint system?
If it did then we could have a special Dream Face for when you reach a certain amount of dream wins. It'd be so pretty. Unsmith
