None of us have the ability to do that, thus we use Azuma's service, Mail Order Japan. That's the reason why it's been stickied. If he isn't accepting your money via paypal, there must be a problem where you should use to the manual bid order form, or there's a very good reason why it's not being transfered. Either way, I'm pretty sure this isn't the place to post it - take it up with Azuma. He knows more.
