World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

Recently I've noticed that when someone makes a thread for a question or something similar, people usually reply directing them to the correct topic. However sometimes, some people reply to the topics answering the question and nothing more. This does 2 things:
1) Bump the topic
2) Encourage them to make another thread for a question. End of the day, there question's been answered; they dont give a damn about warnings since usually there younger members and dont understand. This doesn't happen alot really, but its worth putting out there.
The point is just dont reply to the thread with an answer.

I don't wanna mention names, but I'd be willing to send a great participant in this category.

If any moderator would like to know, I wouldn't mind if they PM'ed me.

And yes, if someone does it all the time, you can simply report one of their posts and mention it in the reason for the report.
