This is just hilarious.

So, remember that 2009 movie based on the toys and television show and other stuff of G.I Joe? Y'know, the one that's been rated 32/100 by Metacritcs? The one that has a score of 34% at Rotten Tomatoes? The one that won six Razzie Awards?

They're making a sequel out of it.

Well, the movie did make more than 125 million dollars of actual revenue, so my guess would be that Hollywood thought "Wow, despite the mountains of crappy reviews and essentially everyone in the world making fun of that movie, let's make a sequel to milk even more money out of the franchise!"

I wouldn't really mind that much, actually, having seen my fair share of horrible sequels, but here's the problem: It's gonna be directed by Jon Chu. Who's Jon Chu, you may ask? He's the guy with basically no experience in anything other than dance and singing flicks. Who should we get to direct our action-packed movie, exactly? How about the guy that directed Justin Bieber: Never Say Never?! So you know that this is gonna be an awesome trainwreck. Also, Bruce Willis will apparently be in it. Certainly one of the only enjoyable actor that will be present in this, along with Ray Park and the Rock.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Are you interested a little?
You should probably mention that a good portion of the cast from the first have bailed out of the second which includes Joseph Gordon-Levitt who played Cobra Commander. I didn't like Rise of Cobra at all, but this is turning out to be a train wreck.
Hoho, really? I didn't even know that XD

Funny, I would've thought the prospect of money would have gotten all the actors back together again. I guess they do have some form of dignity, after all!
While I didn't mind the first one too much this one is gonna be even more awful since it won't have some of the main characters that were in the first one.
Oh, just because some of the actors playing main characters jumped the ship doesn't mean the characters won't be in it.

Basically, it'll be like Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, where almost none of the original cast returned, but the characters were still in it (played by actors that looked nothing like the original, but still)
I know that but I liked the old actors. It just won't be the same(this is ironic since the movie was quite bad).
I might be eating crow if this isn't just a good example of Paramount marketing...

Ugh LAWL. My friend and I are gong to go and watch for the laughs. I hope there are dance battles.

The only thing I liked about that was knowing I'd fired a few of those weapons, and that standing you can't hit a thing with a LMG, especially the M249 and M240B. Real life experiences have ruined entertainment for me.
How is the White Ninja back? He got stabbed in the stomach and fell into the freezing cold water in the last movie...
Logic has no place here, I'm afraid. Bad writting easily transcends even death.

Basically, don't question it. This trailer was pretty bad, actually... This could be pretty funny, though XD
am i the only one here who enjoyed the first gi joe movie and i am defently goiing to see this one
