To the good people of the WBO:

So I recently purchased a Beylauncher from an eBay seller and, when it arrived, I discovered it was a counterfeit. Unfortunately the seller only accepts exchanges, not returns, but I refuse to exchange my counterfeit item for another counterfeit; I want a complete refund. Now I have opened a case with eBay but I would like evidence in order to strengthen my claim.

That is why I am posting this: I would like to know if anyone who possesses a blue Beylauncher that was included in the TT and Sonokong Storm Pegasis Starter if they would help me in taking pictures since I do not own any Beylaunchers aside from the fake one I mentioned above. I need:

Edit: Special thanks to Kai-V for supplying me with all the pictures I needed. And thank you all for your support and assistance!
Who was the seller, also I think this goes in the 'eBay Topic' Topic.
The seller's name was chaseller. I had checked the eBay Topic before posting but it seemed more of a 'share and ask questions about ebay listings.' Since I already purchased my item, the damage has already been done. This is more of a picture request thread than an eBayer beware thread. Thanks BeyBladestation! I'll let a mod move this to the right place or close it. If it's closed, I'll take it as a sign that the OP belongs elsewhere and I'll copy+paste it into the eBay Topics if it belongs there.
chaseller? I think I just bought something from him... FUUUUU. I think I know what Beylauncher you're talking about, I was about to buy the same thing. How do you know it is a fake? Just wondering.
Hmmm. There's a guy on YouTube named iTris2, today he made a video, and he got a blue BeyLauncher that was a counterfeit, but bought On purpose. Go to hischannel and check his latest video.
The underside of the Beylauncher has only "MADE IN CHINA" imprinted on it instead of "© TOMY | 20XX | etc." His other listings look alright, though, at least they have the pictures of the box on it. I was just greedy and fell for the super low price.

The quality of the plastic is pretty bad, too (the plastic on the prongs are already showing whitening/signs of imminent breakage after a few uses). The gears inside and the little disk thing underneath the prong piece are also black, that's assuming the blue Beylauncher from TT/Sonokong has white gears like the Beylauncher L does.

Edit: Thanks, BeyBladeStation. I'll check it out now.
Ahh, I see now. Well yeah it's a fake then. If I had the beylauncher, I'd gladly supply photos, but I don't have one. :\ I have a Red Hasderp Beylauncher, but that wouldn't work. Best wishes to getting your money back though.

I checked out the vid and the guy's thumb covered up the area with the words when he zoomed in on the Beylauncher, lol! It *looked* like there was only one line of text, and the Beylauncher I got only has one line as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it the one I received was made by TT Hongli. The seller did list his location was in China, and TT Hongli is situated there I think.

Thanks for your support Raigeko13 and BeyBladeStation!
I do not think TT Hongli makes fake Metal Fight Beyblades though, just fake plastic and HMS.

Anyway, I have a blue Beylauncher from TAKARA-TOMY with a broken prong. If I can get a decent camera, I could take photographs, but I can testify that it is written the following on mine :
"© TA, MB, TX
© 2009 TOMY
MADE IN CHINA".
The piece you can see inside the prong part's holes is indeed white.
Oi! I bought from chaseller a L-drago set, and he is 100% Authentic!
Otherwise maybe he's changed.
Was there a clear ''This is not a TT item'' tag?
Thanks for the info, Kai-V! I'm now convinced this Beylauncher is indeed a counterfeit. After looking at my Hasbro Light Launchers, I just knew there had to be more information on TT and Sonokong Beylaunchers, like its brand, rather than just "Made in China."

He didn't mention the brand at all. I looked through his other listings and they looked real enough (they had pictures of boxes, all of which had the Takara Tomy logo) and that's why I bought from him. I don't think all of is items are counterfeit but the consensus appears that the Beylauncher I bought from him definitely is a fake.

They make fake MFB, but it's do east to spot them.

Edphoenix, where do you reside? You could try buying first a plain BeyLauncher and them getting your money back too, two in one

I live in Southern California, BeyBladeStation. The only Beylaunchers accessible offline are Hasbro ones which I plan on buying once I get a few more bucks. I've always been a fan of theme colored shooters and their metallic red is pretty alluring. I might go for one of those unless Hasbro decides to roll out Beylauncher LR's while I'm still waiting for more cash.
I took a few photographs. Hopefully this evening after work I will be able to upload them for you.
Oh carp,I bought from that guy,Im going to see if any of my parts are illegal. :o
Ah, I did not see that you already found some photos. Anyway, here are mine :

A blue Beylauncher from BB-28 Storm Pegasis from TAKARA-TOMY.

I wonder if I have pictures of an opened Beylauncher in my files ...
Here is the best picture I have of an opened Beylauncher :

Thank you so much Kai-V! Yes, I did find pictures but the ones you took are much, much clearer than the ones I found; therefore, I'll be using yours for my case.

I appreciate all the assistance and support of everyone who posted in this thread. It can now be closed or left to fade away at the discretion of the moderators. You've all earned my gratitude.
It was great to help!

Kai-V did help you the most, she always does!
I did not even know I had such a performing camera hah.
